Tofu, Spinach and Cashew Plait ~ £3.50 each  or 2 for £6.50

Our delicious plaits are requested time and time again by our clients. If you ever thought tofu was bland, then think again. The most incredible flavours and textures will make this one of your favourites too. Great for your Sunday roast.

Fake and Mushroom Pie ~ £3 each or 2 for £5

Bursting with flavour, this pie will definitely hit the spot. A rich gravy surrounds field mushrooms and our homemade (beef style) Seitan, with everything encased in a delicious short crust pastry or a puff pastry top.

Chilli Con Spinach Pie ~ £3 each or 2 for £5

A wonderful chilli with the addition of spinach and all baked together under a crispy puff pastry topping. Great textures and the most mouth-watering flavours.

Chicken-less and Mushroom Pie ~ £3 each or 2 for £5

Our vegan take on this popular pie is totally mouth-watering. Using our homemade Seitan, this pie has and amazing texture and the sauce is deep and yet light. This comes encased in short crust pastry or can be ordered with a puff pastry top.

Cornish “Style” Pasty ~ £3 each or 2 for £5

We think our vegan adaptation of the Cornish Pasty is something of true delight. Served hot and eaten on its own, or with chips and mushy peas (as I like to eat it…) you’re in for the perfect treat. We use our own spice blend to create just the right balance of flavours to compliment the potato and vegetable filling.

Ratatouille Slice ~ £3 each or 2 for £5

When ratatouille is made with the freshest ingredients and using the best olive oil, you’re in for something totally delicious. When you then use it as a pasty filling, you’ve taken mouth-watering comfort food to a whole new level. These are perfect when you want to put a quick meal on the table.

Jumbo Sausage-less Roll ~ Serves 2 ~ £5

Our home-made sausage filling is something that our customers comment on time and time again. A blend of herbs, spices, tofu and nuts, our sausage filling really is totally delicious. These are great cut into slices and served hot as part of a main meal, but are also great cold, dipped in tomato ketchup, if you can’t wait long enough to pop them in the oven.

Roasted Vegetable Quiche ~ Serves 4 ~ £7.50

Our Roasted Vegetable Quiche is so amazing that it has earned the nickname “The Cant Tell The Difference Quiche”. Unlike most vegan quiches, we do NOT use tofu as a base, instead we use a batter for that true look, texture and taste of the quiches you would have been used to eating before cutting out the dairy from your diet. If you thought you’d never eat quiche again, you no longer have to go without.

Caramelised Onion Tart ~ Serves 4 ~ £6.50

One of the most delicious savoury tarts. Slow cooked red onions with a little balsamic give for the most amazing flavour base which offers a delicious sweetness. Fresh thyme and parsley are added to the onions before being baked in a golden shortcrust pastry. Serve with fresh salad leaves.

Black Bean and Vegetable Cottage Pie ~ £3.50 (serves 1)  / £5 (serves 2) 

Black beans have a great taste and texture and are paired with spinach and cabbage and some incredible spicing to make this a pie that is bursting with flavour. The pie is topped with a potato and cauliflower mash.

Shepherds Pie ~ £3.50 (serves 1)  / £5 (serves 2) 

Our vegan version of this British Classic is totally mouth-watering. Bursting with flavour, we combine green lentils with a delicious sauce to create a dish that you’ll absolutely love.

Fishless Pie ~ £4 (serves 1)  / £6 (serves 2) 

A delicious and creamy parsley, dill and chive sauce surrounds chunks of marinated tofu which is topped with a delicious and creamy mash. This pie has the most amazing flavours due to the use of the fresh herbs and will become a firm favourite in your meal option.

Roasted Vegetable Lasagne ~ £4 (serves 1)  / £6 (serves 2)

We made sure that when it comes to flavour and texture you wouldn’t be disappointed. Roasted vegetables and lentils in a rich tomato sauce between layers of pasta, layers of dairy-free cheese sauce and topped with dairy-free béchamel. Simply put, this is delicious.

Pasta Free Mushroom and Spinach Lasagne ~ £3.50 (serves 1)  / £5 (serves 2) 

Take out the pasta and introduce layers of tender steamed cabbage and you have a dish that’s full of flavour and full of texture. Creamy mushrooms and spinach make up the other layers before everything is topped off with a delicious béchamel sauce and grated vegan parmesan.

Summer Vegetable Lasagne ~ £4 (serves 1)  / £6 (serves 2)

Courgettes, peppers, asparagus, peas and spinach make up the vegetable mix for this tasty summer lasagne. Each vegetable layer is covered with fresh basil leaves before the pasta sheets are added and topped with a cheesy style béchamel sauce. Perfect served with a summer salad.

Italian Tomato, Mushroom and Pasta Bake ~ £4 (serves 1)  / £6 (serves 2)

All the tastes of Italy with this delicious pasta bake. It has the most wonderful flavours due to the use of fresh Italian herbs. A mix of both fresh and dried mushrooms, fresh tomato sauce and al dente pasta, make this a very tasty and satisfying dish.

Aubergine and Tomato Bake ~ £3.50 (serves 1)  / £5 (serves 2) 

This classic Italian dish is definitely a meal you need to try. Tender aubergines are baked with tomatoes and then topped with the most incredibly delicious savoury crumble. Serve with some steamed vegetables for a hearty and comforting meal.

Mixed Bean and Vegetable Hotpot ~ £3.50 (serves 1)  / £5 (serves 2) 

Packed full of protein, flavour and texture, this delicious hotpot is filled with a selection of beans and chunky vegetables. The dish is topped with thin crisp potatoes for the ultimate in comfort dining.

Ratatouille Hotpot ~ £3.50 (serves 1)  / £5 (serves 2) 

This French classic gets a twist as we introduce lentils to the vegetable ratatouille and then add a delicious topping of crisp potatoes. This is an extremely tasty dish. We suggest serving with steamed vegetables.

Our deep, rich and creamy lentil Bolognese is full of the Italian flavours you’d expect. Meat-free certainly doesn’t mean bland when it comes to our delicious Italian classic and you’d be hard pushed to believe this was 100% plant based.

Aubergine in Spicy Tomato Sauce ~ £3.50 (serves 1)  / £5 (serves 2) 

This dish packs a punch with flavour. Tender slices of aubergine are roasted with Moroccan spices and olive oil before being added to a spicy tomato sauce flavoured with cumin, cayenne and chilli. Not only good with rice, this makes for a perfect side dish.

Lentil, Bean and Vegetable Chilli ~ £3.50 (serves 1)  / £5 (serves 2) 

A classic meat-free and dairy-free chilli made with lentils and beans in a rich and tasty sauce. Starting with a slow cooked sofrito base brings out the flavours of the herbs and spices giving extra depth to the dish. 

Chickpea, Mushroom and Spinach Chilli ~ £3.50 (serves 1)  / £5 (serves 2) 

There’s nothing better than a chilli, especially when it packed full of flavour, so here’s another take on this classic dish. Spinach and mushrooms are added to the dish and the addition of chickpeas gives this chilli a wonderful texture.

Sweet and Sour Tofu ~ £4.50 (serves 1)  / £7  (serves 2) 

You won’t go wrong with our take on this Chinese restaurant classic dish. We infuse our tofu with Chinese spices before adding this to the dish alongside fresh red and green peppers, spring onions and a hint of garlic and ginger. Sweet pineapple and soy make the base for the incredible sauce. Also perfect with noodles.

Spiced Green Beans with Tofu and Chilli ~ £4.50 (serves 1) / £7 (serves 2)

This is a delicious dish. Tender green beans and extra firm tofu are stir fried before being added to a deep and spicy Chinese style sauce with a hint of chilli. If you love Chinese flavours, then this is a must have dish. Also perfect with noodles.

Vegan Lentil Dhansak ~ £4.50 (serves 1) / £7 (serves 2)

When it comes to curries, we know what we’re doing. Your choice of Tofu or Seitan in this dish, which sits in a delicious and creamy lentil sauce with flavours that are out of this world. If you love curry, this is a must have dish.

Mushroom and Spinach Curry ~ £4 (serves 1) / £6 (serves 2)

When it comes to curry, we know a thing or two! What we promise is that it’s totally delicious. Chunky pieces of mushroom that won’t get lost in the delicious creamy spinach and coriander sauce. If you’re a fan of mushrooms and a curry lover, then this dish is a must.

Thai Red Curry ~ £4.50 (serves 1) / £7 (serves 2)

Our authentic Thai curry s something you’ll not want to miss. Your choice of vegetable, tofu and vegetable or seitan and vegetable and mild, medium or hot. Whatever your choice, you’ll love it.

Caribbean Squash, Spinach and Red Pepper Stew ~ £4.50 (serves 1) / £7 (serves 2)

Amazing flavours and wonderful aromas that will have you believe you’ve been transported to a Caribbean island. The coconut milk base is lightly spiced, with hints of ginger, garlic and allspice. Each mouthful tastes like sunshine on your spoon.

Mulligatawny Stew ~ £4 (serves 1) / £6 (serves 2)

This delicious curry spiced Mulligatawny stew is made with red lentils, chunky vegetables and cannellini beans. Just a hint of coconut is enough to pull all of the flavours together. Perfect comfort food for any night of the week.

Butter Bean, Spinach and Vegetable Stew. ~ £3.50 (serves 1) / £5 (serves 2)

A perfect summer dish which need nothing more than chunks of French bread to accompany. Butter beans, summer vegetables and fresh spinach are added to a light tomato-based sauce and cooked with fresh herbs for a most delicious summer stew. 

Spanish Style Lentils with Vegan Chorizo ~ £3.50 (serves 1) / £5 (serves 2)

These are a true taste of Spain. One of the staples of Spanish cooking. You cannot walk into any home, bar or restaurant without seeing a version of this dish on the menu. One taste of this incredible dish and you’ll understand why. Serve with rice or warm crusty bread for a delicious meal.

Moroccan Vegetable and Chickpea Tagine ~ £4 (serves 1) / £6 (serves 2)

Full of the most incredible flavours and textures, our recipe was given to us by a chef in Morocco and uses authentic Moroccan spices cooked in the traditional way to give you something totally mouth-watering.

When you want to keep it light and fresh, this is the perfect sauce for all types of pasta. The peppers are slow roasted in extra virgin olive oil to give a delicious sweetness to the sauce and the fresh basil lifts the dish, bringing together all the flavours, finished with just a hint of chilli.

Wild Mushroom and Broccoli Pasta Sauce. ~ £4.50 (serves 1) / £7 (serves 2)

A combination of wild mushrooms, fresh mushrooms and al dente broccoli sit in a tomato and béchamel sauce made with fresh herbs and a touch of truffle oil. The deep flavour from the wild mushrooms and truffle plus the texture from the broccoli make this the perfect topping for your favourite pasta.

Roasted Red Pepper and Courgette Sauce ~ £4 (serves 1) / £6 (serves 2)

If you’re looking for a deep, rich sauce to accompany your pasta, then this is for you. Slow roasted peppers are blended with homemade passata, a hint of garlic and fresh herbs to create a sauce that offers depth and sweetness. Add in the courgette and this is the most delicious sauce.

Tofu and Chickpea Polpette with Marinara Sauce ~ £4.50 (serves 1) / £7 (serves 2)

These Polpetti are far from your standard “meatless” balls. We blend tofu and chickpeas to give the Polpetti an amazing texture. Topped with the most delicious Marinara sauce, a match made in heaven, you have something delicious, hearty and perfect for any occasion.

Spanish Style Meatless Balls in Tomato Sauce ~ £4.50 (serves 1) / £7 (serves 2)

The non-vegan version of this dish is an extremely popular tapas dish throughout all regions of Spain. Our meatless balls are made using our own “high protein” seitan recipe and the balls are covered in a deep, rich tomato sauce. We would suggest serving over spaghetti.

Moroccan Vegetable, Chickpea and Couscous Salad ~ £4 (serves 1) / £6 (serves 2)

Aubergine, courgettes and peppers are steamed before being marinated in a delicious blend of Moroccan herbs and spices. Chickpeas and couscous are added to the dish with a hint of preserved lemon and mint which give a final mouth-watering touch to an amazing and authentic dish. Serve as a side, starter or main course.

Roast Aubergine, chickpea and Couscous Salad ~ £4 (serves 1) / £6 (serves 2)

Another Moroccan inspired dish, this is a delicious salad to serve as a light main meal or as a side dish. The roasted aubergine and chickpeas are marinated in a fresh coriander and lemon dressing before being tossed into the couscous and spiced with cumin. Totally delicious.

Summer Ratatouille with Chickpeas ~ £3.50 (serves 1) / £5 (serves 2)

Our summer ratatouille is light and refreshing and becomes even more special with the addition of chickpeas for a wonderful twist on the flavours and textures of the dish. Aside from the usual onion, courgette and aubergine mix, we’ve also added sweetcorn for additional sweetness. Serve alone or with crusty bread.

Marinated Mushrooms with Lemon and olives ~  £4 (serves 1) / £6 (serves 2)

Our marinated mushrooms are great served with salad leaves or when served alongside hummus as a light snack. The mushrooms and olives are marinated in a fresh herb dressing and finished off with a hit of lemon and lemon zest to bring out all the flavours.

Sandwich fillings / Jacket Potato Toppers ~£3.50 per pot (300g Serving)

Meal Information

All meals are supplied in microwaveable containers or oven proof foils and are supplied fresh, not frozen. Most meals are however suitable for freezing and if frozen, you should ensure that the foods are piping hot before serving.

Plastic microwave containers are not suitable for use in the oven. If you wish to cook in the oven, please remove from the container and transfer your meal to a suitable oven proof dish.

We hold full NCASS membership and we are a fully licenced and registered food business. 

Some of the above dishes are not suitable for Coeliacs or those with a wheat/gluten intolerance. If this does apply to you, please contact to discuss changes to the above dishes to accommodate your dietary needs.

All dishes are cooked from scratch with fresh and natural ingredients. We never use artificial colourings, flavourings or preservatives in any of our dishes.

Orders need to be placed by 10am on a Thursday morning for delivery on Sunday of the same week. Our delivery hours are between 11am and 3pm for Bristol and between 6pm and 8pm for Gloucester.

We are pleased to announce that our delivery area now covers the majority of Bristol, South Gloucestershire and the Gloucester area. Please contact before ordering to confirm that your area is covered and to confirm delivery cost. Delivery is at a flat rate of £4.99. Extended delivery for outer Bristol is at a rate of £7.99.

The simplest way to pay by debit/credit card is using our SMS/Text service. Simply provide your mobile number and we will send you a secure payment link where you can make payment using your mobile phone. If you prefer, we are happy to contact you once your order has been placed so that we can take payment over the telephone.
